When refunds are approved
We approve refunds after a returned item is received and inspected. In certain cases that do not require a return, we may approve a refund based on our review and will confirm the decision by email.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex). All refunds are processed in USD.
Processing time after approval
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
When the refund appears on your statement
After we process the refund, most banks and payment providers post funds within 5–10 business days.
Full refunds
Eligible orders receive a full refund to the original payment method once the return is received and approved. The original shipping charge is excluded unless we are at fault.
Partial refunds
If a returned item shows signs of use, has missing components, or arrives in a condition different from what was expected, we may issue a partial refund that reflects the item’s received condition. We will email you the assessment before finalizing the amount.
Original shipping
The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. This original shipping charge is refunded only when GERAIALYA.COM is at fault. Otherwise, original shipping is not refundable.
Restocking fee
No restocking fee is charged.
