1. Policy Statement

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

The counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information along with consent to local federal jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable guidelines, Geraialya maintains a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users, vendors, or partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
