How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?
Order online at GERAIALYA.COM: choose your size and color, add to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We prepare your pieces within 2–4 business days, then ship and send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, and Airwallex. All charges are in USD. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show movement. If you haven’t received tracking after the 2–4 business day handling window, contact [email protected].
Returns and Refunds
What is your return window and what do I need to start a return?
You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. Please keep items unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Have your order number and the email used at purchase ready to help us locate your order quickly. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. The original shipping fee is refunded only when GERAIALYA.COM is at fault.
