Our commitment to intellectual property

GERAIALYA.COM respects the artistry behind every image, design, and description. We respond to valid copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material and by notifying the party who supplied it.

Where to send notices

Email all DMCA notices and counter‑notifications to: [email protected]. To help us route your message quickly, you may use the subject lines “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter‑Notice.”

Filing a notice (DMCA takedown)

Your notification must be complete for us to act. Please include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (include full product or image page URLs).
  4. Your contact information, including your name and email address (and, if available, your mailing address and telephone number).
  5. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

After we receive a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the party who provided it.

Counter‑notification

If your material was removed or access disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (provide the exact URL).
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of any United States federal district court in which GERAIALYA.COM may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. We may restore the material after not less than 10 and no more than 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat infringer policy

We take repeat infringement seriously. Where appropriate, we may remove infringing materials and limit, suspend, or terminate the ability of any contributor to submit or display content on our site. We may also block attempts to re‑post removed material.

Good‑faith use of this process

Submitting knowing or materially false claims may expose you to liability. This policy outlines our process and is not legal advice; consider consulting legal counsel for your situation.
