Cancellation Policy
Yes—you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order; after that, we’ll try to help, but cancellation can’t be guaranteed once processing begins.

1) Cancellation window
You have 2 hours from the moment your order is placed to request a cancellation.
2) What happens once processing begins
After the 2-hour window, your order may already be in our processing queue. We’ll attempt to intercept it, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once an order ships, cancellations are no longer possible. You may be eligible to return unworn items within 30 days from delivery under our standard return policy.
3) How to request a cancellation
- Email [email protected] immediately with the subject line: Cancel Order.
- Include your order number, full name, and the shipping address used at checkout.
- We’ll reply by email confirming whether the order was canceled or already processing/shipped.
- If cancellation is approved, we’ll initiate your refund as outlined below.
4) Refunds for approved cancellations
- Method: Refunded to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex).
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we confirm the cancellation.
- Appearance on statement: Allow an additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Amount: Item price(s). The original shipping fee of $6.99 per order is refunded only when GERAIALYA.COM is at fault (e.g., system error or duplicate order); otherwise, it is not refundable.
- Currency and taxes: USD; taxes are reversed where applicable.
5) Check your shipping address before paying
- Please review recipient name, street, apartment/suite, city, state, and ZIP code carefully before completing payment.
- If you spot an address error, email [email protected] within the 2-hour window. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed, and we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
- Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout aren’t eligible for reimbursement of the original shipping fee if the address was entered incorrectly.
